Ketosimius: 5e compatible monster

The Ketosimius is the undisputed Alpha predator of the Arkian peninsula and the seas surrounding it, a massive Titan born of a mixture of  salt water iguana, gorilla, and dragon. While it was made so by the tainted Blood of Invidia, Ketosimius is neutral, not evil. It is a force of destruction, but it also contains the other Titans of the Arkian Peninsula to that region, keeping them from threatening the rest of the world.
