Lung Pau, Jiang Shi Crime Lord

Lung Pau is the leader of the Wo Shin Wo tong in Victorian London, long before they *officially* gained a foothold there. He's also a 500 year old undead monster and a martial artist who was trained by a master in the arts of Hsing Yi Chuan and Bagua. He is quite accomplished at hand to hand, and also enjoys wielding his massive horsecutter glaive.

As an older jiang shi, he is no longer stiff in the joints, and can actually fly. His spiked tongue is a long, flexible additional limb with its own talons. He has all the skills one would expect from a crime lord, and prides himself on being a civilized and cultured man...but is also a sadist, and a bully, and possessed of a hideous temper. This is unsurprising, as jiang shi are said to be animated solely by the po, or baser self. He uses a kind of passive sonar to see all his surroundings, or whistles at a pitch humans cannot hear.

He can only truly be killed with fire or lightning.
