Phrenic (PL10 PC build, Jackson Tigers)
A very slim young black man with an oversized head, dressed in a brown tailcoat, grey waitscoat, and tan slacks. He’s wearing brown dress shoes. A spark of power emanates from his head.
Phrenic, aka Robert John Smith, was born macrocephalic and sickly. As he grew, so did his mental powers.
His mind is hyper-developed, and he retains everything he sees or hears, so he’s something of an expert, at least theoretically, in every field. He is also a powerful telepath and telekinetic, and will likely only grow in ability.
Unfortunately, he’s also ADHD and autistic, with serious problems with socialization and paying attention to things that bore him. His difficulties with hyperfocus also keep him from paying attention to all his psychic senses while using his other powers.
