In 2041, all the biggest tech companies in South Korea merged to form the Eunha 'Galaxy' or 'Silver-stream' Corporation, dedicated to making South Korea the major power in space age tech, satellites, and eventually space travel. In 2042 they bought out Space -X, and have never looked back. Much global communication depends on their networks and satellites, and no other company (or nation) really rivals the work they've done in exploring the solar system with unmanned craft. They have small stations on both the moon and Mars. Rumors of space based super weapons are unfounded.
