Siblings of the Silver Radiance (Monk Subclass, Tales of the Valiant and dnd5e)
The Siblings of the Silver Radiance
The Siblings of the Silver Radiance dedicate their lives to the study of the moon and its mysteries, channeling lunar light to many ends. They can move like moonlight, see through the darkest night, and strike with the fury of a falling star.

Radiant Flame 3rd-Level Sibling of Silver Radiance Feature
As a bonus action, you can spend 2 technique points to shroud yourself in a 10-foot radius of flickering, silver radiance. The light moves with you, remaining centered on you, and lasts for 1 minute. It can't be dispelled by a spell of 5th circle or lower. When you first summon the bright flames, choose one of the following properties:
• Burning Brilliance. Enemies that enter the light for the first time on a turn or end their turn within it take radiant damage equal to your martial arts damage die. Allies that enter the light for the first time on their turn receive temporary hit points equal to your martial arts die.
• Grasp of the Moon. Your unarmed strikes deal additional radiant damage equal to your PB.
• Blinding Light. While the radiance is active, when a creature within 10 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use your reaction and spend 1 technique point to release a brilliant flash of divine light. The creature suffers a penalty to the attack roll equal to your WIS modifier, potentially missing their target. If the attack still hits, the attacking creature is blinded until the end of its turn.
At 11th level, you can choose two options instead of one each time you use this feature.
Silver Eyes. 3rd-Level Sibling of Silver Radiance Feature
With 1 minute of quiet meditation (which can be done as part of a rest), you fill the eyes of a willing creature, including yourself, with silvery light. Until that creature finishes a long rest, it can see in dim light, darkness, and magical darkness as if it were bright light, to a distance of 60 feet. At 7th level, the target can see invisible creatures. At 11th level, the target can't be blinded.
Grace of the Moonbeam. 7th-Level Sibling of Silver Radiance Feature
A wisp of true radiance blurs your movement. When you use your Step of the Wind technique, you become as insubstantial as light until the end of your next turn. While you aren’t in sunlight, you and everything you’re carrying and wearing becomes intangible, and you can move through small holes, cracks, and narrow openings. In addition, you can spend 1 additional technique point as part of the same bonus action to teleport up to your speed to an unoccupied space that you can see within an area of light, however dim. At 15th, level, you have resistance to all damage, except necrotic, while this feature is active.
Following Moonshadow. 11th-Level Sibling of Silver Radiance Feature
Your burning radiance blinds, distracts and dismays those touched by it, making it hard to fight. Enemies within your 10 ft radius Radiant Flame feature have disadvantage on all attacks. Allies are unaffected.
Strike of Lunar Fury 15th-Level Sibling of Silver Radiance Feature
When you hit a target with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to spend 5 technique points. When you do, your strike carries the touch of the radiant moon. The target must make a CON save, taking 6d10 radiant damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of the target must succeed on a STR save against your technique save DC or take 2d10 force damage and be pushed up to 20 feet away from the target. Undead and lycanthropes are considered vulnerable to all the effects of this strike, taking disadvantage on the save and receiving double damage. Allies in the area receive 2d10 temporary hit points.
